Our products are sourced from all over the world. Some other products like our Essential Oils, Aroma Mists, Soaps and Room Sprays are manufactured for us in England. Due to the large scale of operations involved mistakes are possible. We take special care to avoid any mistakes. In the unlikely event that a mistake happens we require Customers to be patient while we do our absolute best to assist you and rectify the error. All products are warehoused at a Central Warehouse in England. Products ordered and purchased are dispatched from the Central Warehouse and delivered by a Dropshipping method of delivery worldwide.
1. Description and Price of Goods:
We have taken every care to describe and show all items as accurately as possible, in accordance to the manufacturer’s specification. Despite this a slight variation in items and / or colour may occur. We provide you with product information on the website. No Refunds or Replacements are done on a basis of slight variations as stipulated.
We are not by Law legible to register for VAT in RSA at present. No VAT is charged on goods. We confirm that Tree of Life Africa (Pty) Ltd. is not a VAT Registered Vendor.
We will fully refund the cost of repairs on Jewellery upon proof of receipt for the repairs. Should the Jewellery Item be completely damaged and irreparable a full refund will be done upon receipt of photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
All products supplied by Tree of Life Africa (Pty) Ltd. have a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty period from the date the goods were delivered (unless otherwise stated and excluding consumables).
Please note, the warranty does not cover you for any defects in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use. Consumable items e.g. batteries are not covered for replacement.
If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt in writing by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Non-rechargeable batteries will be replaced if found to be inoperative on delivery.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged product, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt by email: email@example.com. Photographic evidence is required. Original packaging must be kept.
We will check products returned as faulty. If the fault is verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage costs incurred by the return.
If the goods you have returned are found not damaged, you will be notified in writing. You will receive a refund or an offer of replacement for the original goods, however we will ask you to cover the delivery charges, and no return delivery charges will be refunded.
Non-delivery of Items:
We class an order as non-delivery if it has not arrived within 3 weeks in the UK and Europe. In all other countries it is 5 weeks. Please notify us within 24 hours from the end of the 3 week or 5-week period from date of order. A full refund or replacement policy applies.
Missing items / Out of Stock Items
If you ordered an item and find it not in your delivered parcel, please notify us within 24 hours for a full refund.
